Starting a Business in Moore

Before starting any business in the City of Moore, you must register and get the proper licenses or permits. It is your responsibility to make sure you have all required federal, state, and local approvals.

License and permit requirements are in place to protect public health, safety, and neighborhood integrity. Some licenses may also require approval from other departments or agencies. Licenses and permits are non-transferable unless specifically allowed by ordinance or state law.
